My grandfather passed away today. I thank my Father in Heaven everyday for the opportunity to have had this wonderful man as my grandfather. He is a true example of a righteous servant of our Father in Heaven. He will truly be missed. I am so grateful for his love and will cherish our memories together forever. Until we meet again Grandpa.

I'm so sorry to hear he passed away! But I'm glad your family all had time to spend with him and kind of prepare. I'm glad you guys got to tell him goodbye, and that you all have such great testimonies! I hope your grandma will do OK.
He really sounds like a remarkable man who will be missed. We're thinking of you guys.

I know we still grieve for our love ones who pass away but the knowledge we have that they are in the continuing their work in the spirit world and knowing that they are no longer suffering and we will be united once again it makes me feel sooo grateful to have the gospel in my life and to know the plan of salvation...

I am so behind on checking blogs.... I heard on Wed. at welfare that he had passed away, I am so sorry to hear that. It sounds like you were really close and that he was a great man. Glad you were able to be with him before he passed.
