Ariana's birthday is officially on November 28th, but we usually celebrate her birthday a week early because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Ari is a fan of all the American Girl books (she loves the dolls too), so this year we had An American Girl Mystery Party. We had scripts and invitations that assigned each girl a character. I loved each of the outfits that the girls came in. Some were orphans, maids, etc.... The girls had so much fun acting out their parts. It was quite funny watching them all. They all had a great time and were able to solve Samantha's mystery :)

What a cute bunch of girls! Ari looks super-happy. Sounds like a great party!
wow--that is a totally fun idea! Did you make up the mystery yourself, or did you find it somewhere? Very fun and creative.
I went online to americangirl.com and they had the scripts, invitations and everything else that you needed in one box. The girls really enjoyed it.
What a fun birthday! She'll definitely remember this one. All the girls look so cute!
You are a great Mom and party planner! I love an awesome party!! How can Ari be soo old and I am sooo young?
That party looks like it was super fun, I am so jealous. I never even heard about American girl until about a month ago...geez, what I have to look forward to with little girls around, but it sure does look like a blast :)
